Our yard sits on 19470 Envoy Ave, close enough to the Grand Boulevard loop that most in-town calls are same-day. That location decides the shape of our day: Corona itself and its Dos Lagos, Eagle Glen and Sierra Del Oro neighborhoods are the quickest, the neighboring incorporated cities of Eastvale, Norco, Riverside, Jurupa Valley and Lake Elsinore are typically same- or next-day depending on how far out the address sits, and the unincorporated Riverside County communities we cover — Temescal Valley, Home Gardens, El Cerrito and Coronita — are generally scheduled as same- or next-day routes depending on distance from the yard. We would rather tell you that plainly than promise a container by lunchtime and leave you waiting.
This part of Riverside County genuinely mixes four different kinds of local government, and it matters for anyone placing a container in a public street or right-of-way rather than a private driveway: Corona administers its own permits for itself and its neighborhoods, each neighboring incorporated city administers its own separate permit process, and every unincorporated community on our list falls under the Riverside County Transportation Department's Permits Section. Which communities do you deliver dumpsters to?
All 13 communities from our Envoy Ave yard: Corona itself and its Dos Lagos, Eagle Glen and Sierra Del Oro neighborhoods, the neighboring incorporated cities of Eastvale, Norco, Riverside, Jurupa Valley and Lake Elsinore, and the unincorporated Riverside County communities of Temescal Valley, Home Gardens, El Cerrito and Coronita. Corona and its neighborhoods are the quickest, and farther communities are usually next-day.
Does it cost more to deliver farther from the yard?
Distance is a real cost, so a delivery to a farther community is not priced the same as one in Corona. What we will not do is hide it. You get the full number on the phone before anything is booked, and it does not change afterwards unless the load goes over the tonnage allowance you agreed to.
Who do I need a permit from if the container sits in the street?
It depends on the address. A Corona address, including Dos Lagos, Eagle Glen and Sierra Del Oro, goes through the City of Corona's own Development Services / Code Compliance permit process. Eastvale, Norco, Riverside, Jurupa Valley and Lake Elsinore each run their own separate city permit process. Temescal Valley, Home Gardens, El Cerrito and Coronita — all unincorporated Riverside County — fall under the County Transportation Department's Permits Section. A container kept entirely on your own driveway or private lot typically does not need a permit anywhere on this list, but always confirm current requirements with the relevant office before placement.
How far in advance should I book?
After a Santa Ana wind / red-flag fire-weather event or a wildfire evacuation near the Santa Ana Mountains or Cleveland National Forest, and during the busiest stretch of the spring-through-fall renovation season, book as early as you can. Outside those windows you can usually get a container within a day or two. Active construction sites book out fastest, so plan ahead if you are working on one.
Can you deliver if I am not on the property?
Yes, and it happens constantly with rental properties and job sites where the owner is not on site. Mark the spot with a cone, a stake or a chalk line, tell us about gate codes and any steep or narrow access, and stay reachable by phone. The driver will call before setting the container down if anything looks wrong.
